Tim Neill Organisational Resilience Specialist

Tim is a risk, security, and business continuity subject matter expert and leader with 20 years of experience operating in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia. A former police officer, Tim holds an MA in Intelligence and Security Studies and an MSc in Organisational Resilience. He has completed ISO 31000 (the international standard for risk management) certification and holds a certificate in resilience coaching.

Tim specialises in working with organisations whose employees perform sensitive work that exposes them to heightened risk. He has considerable experience developing and delivering complex operational resilience projects and establishing risk management systems incorporating security, crisis management and business continuity components in hostile and less permissive environments. He provides training, mentorship, and follow-on support to organisations as they implement and embed recommendations for enhanced physical security.
