Rosaleen Crouch is a highly experienced Health and Care Professions Council-registered Therapeutic Radiographer with over 25 years in the UK NHS, currently serving as Section Lead and Advanced Practitioner in Image Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT). She has played a critical role in sustaining high-precision oncology services through some of the most challenging periods in recent NHS history, including the COVID-19 pandemic and industrial action. Her strategic leadership ensured uninterrupted cancer care by rapidly adapting workflows, reallocating resources, and guiding clinical teams through crisis conditions. She has developed training programs to strengthen staff competency, mentored teams through change, and embedded governance frameworks that support ethical and safe care. Her national contributions include collaborative research across NHS trusts and presentations at international forums, advancing radiotherapy techniques and resilience strategies. Rosaleen's deep expertise in IR(ME)R 2017 compliance, radiation protection, and patient safety has enabled her to maintain a highly regulated service in a constantly evolving healthcare landscape.

Alongside her NHS role, she also serves as Administration Manager for United CBRN - providing expert Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNe) support to the defence, security and resilience sectors.
