Paul Amos Emergency Management & Pedagogical specialist

Paul is an Emergency Management and Leadership Development specialist. He lectures on field operations at Coventry University and teaches flood rescue management at a strategic level.

Paul provides market feasibility consultancy to a number of top-flight training and Organisational Development operations and is a qualified Mountain Leader, a bronze and silver level navigation teacher to national award scheme standardand a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award leader.

Currently researching the psychology of decision making in risk environments with papers published in professional magazines on decision making during mountaineering activities.
