A strategic leader with significant executive-level experience, Craig brings more than 30 years' experience in healthcare operations, emergency management and prehospital care. He has led emergency medical services in three countries, redesigned state-level and private health systems and facilitated large-scale organisational transformational healthcare activities.
With a clinical background in Paramedicine and Emergency Nursing, Craig is recognised for his engaging workshops, collaborative leadership style, proactive approach to capacity building. He is recognised for his ability to translate complex strategic concepts into implementable operational action plans.
Craig presents tailored workshops and mentoring programs for nursing, paramedic and health industry professionals to establish robust professional and operational foundations that extend well beyond academic qualifications.
He has presented several papers at international conferences and written or co-authored academic, journal and online articles. He is the author of the book "Time to Respond- Prehospital Leadership and Operational Management". Craig is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management and a Member of the International Association of Emergency Managers.
